Elon Musk Says Americans Are Too 'Retarded' for Tech Jobs, Censors Critics

Elon Musk spent Christmas shilling for mass immigration from India, denigrating Americans as too "retarded" to work in tech, then crying and censoring people for pushing back against him.

On Christmas day, Musk suggested America needs to "double" the number of "high-skilled" immigrants we bring in through H-1B visas.

Remarkably, he got ratioed on his own site by a small user who said that their son who graduated with honors with electrical and computer engineering degrees in 2023 "can not get an interview, let alone a job" and "any white male he knew in college can't get jobs either."

Amid the tremendous pushback Musk was facing from the right, his DOGE partner Vivek Ramaswamy came to his defense with a screed attacking Americans as a bunch of mediocre dullards raised on 90s sitcoms who can't hold a candle to his brilliant fellow Indians.

"The reason top tech companies often hire foreign-born & first-generation engineers over 'native' Americans isn't because of an innate American IQ deficit (a lazy & wrong explanation)," Ramaswamy said. "A key part of it comes down to the c-word: culture."

"Our American culture has venerated mediocrity over excellence for way too long (at least since the 90s and likely longer)," he continued. "A culture that celebrates the prom queen over the math olympiad champ, or the jock over the valedictorian, will not produce the best engineers."

Ramaswamy added:
A culture that venerates Cory from 'Boy Meets World,' or Zach & Slater over Screech in 'Saved by the Bell,' or 'Stefan' over Steve Urkel in 'Family Matters,' will not produce the best engineers.

(Fact: I know *multiple* sets of immigrant parents in the 90s who actively limited how much their kids could watch those TV shows precisely because they promoted mediocrity...and their kids went on to become wildly successful STEM graduates).
"Vivek Ramaswamy shares with us painful memories of his being cheated out of his rightful status as the most popular boy in high school in Ohio," Steve Sailer commented. "America needs a culture where the spelling bee champ gets the hot blonde girls!"

One of the most noteworthy exchanges was Musk defending one of his X employees going on an anti-white tirade.

In another noteworthy exchange, he agreed with some anonymous Israel First influencer account that goes by "Autism Capital" saying Americans are too "retarded" to be hired by Big Tech firms.

"That pretty much sums it up," Musk said. "This was eye-opening."

Musk also called his critics "subtards"... only to get ratioed by a random "Apu" account.

As this was all exploding, critics of Musk noticed their blue check verification badges started being removed.

Some complained that they had lost all their subscribers (which you can only get through having a large, verified, paid blue check account).

On Thursday night, Musk announced he'd be instituting what amounts to a new shadow-ban system in which accounts that are blocked by "more credible, verified subscriber accounts" will have their reach "decline significantly."

This is a truly remarkable meltdown.

Though few people saw this coming, such a clash was inevitable as both Musk and Trump himself have repeatedly shilled for more so-called "high-skilled" immigration.

My article panning Trump for claiming "we need more people [immigrants], especially with AI coming" made the top of the Drudge Report during the election but didn't cause much of a stir.

Musk last night shared this tweet from Malaysian "influencer" Ian Miles Cheong (who has never stepped foot in America) reposting Trump's promise to the tech bro All In Podcast that he would support stapling green cards to diplomas.

Trump's team walked back those comments but Trump himself repeated them just a few weeks later.

The end result of these policies -- as everyone is rightly pointing out -- is diploma mills churning out fake degrees to facilitate unlimited third world immigration from India.

UPDATE: Elon Musk is now calling MAGA critics of Indian immigration "contemptible fools" who "must be removed from the Republican Party, root and stem."

Musk became a Republican two years ago (and originally supported DeSantis over Trump).

Neera Tanden, who Musk's post was addressing, is a lifelong Democrat activist who has worked under Clinton, Obama and Biden.

We're basically as far away from an election as you can get and yet Musk thinks the feelings of Tanden should be setting GOP policy.
