Self-confessed Crips gang member Reginald Williams, 18, was arrested on Friday by Memphis police for issuing terroristic threats to kill white people on Facebook Live in the wake of 19-year-old Ezekiel Kelly's mass shooting. "Reginald Williams, 18, has been charged with the Commission of Act of Terrorism, Civil Rights Intimidation, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment," Memphis Police announced Friday evening. "Williams has five prior arrests."
