White House Correspondents' Association president Zeke Miller on Sunday tried to make himself the story by blasting President Trump for leaving Walter Reed without a "protective pool" of fake news propagandists present. "It is outrageous for the president to have left the hospital even briefly amid a health crisis without a protective pool present to ensure that the American people know where their president is and how he is doing," Miller said in a statement for the WHCA. "Now more than ever, the American public deserves independent coverage of the president so they can be reliably informed about his health."
Since when did journos start claiming to have "protective" powers? We know where he was and what he was doing. He drove across the street and waved at his supporters with Secret Service protection.
Was he somehow in mortal danger because he didn't have a group of journos there to lie about him? Follow InformationLiberation on Twitter, Facebook and Gab. |
