An extremely frail Ruth Bader Ginsburg was seen being helped into a car slowly on Wednesday after missing the last three days at the Supreme Court.

From TMZ:
Ruth Bader Ginsburg was spotted for the first time since undergoing surgery to remove cancerous growths from her lung.

A photo agency got video of RBG leaving her Washington D.C. apartment at 9 AM Wednesday, looking frail but hopefully on the mend.

The surgery was serious enough for Justice Ginsburg to miss the last 3 days at the Supreme Court ... something that has never happened in her 25-year storied career on the high court.
Watch the video on TMZ's site, it can't be embedded and it's not reuploaded anywhere else.

Here's video from when she was released from the hospital after breaking her ribs back in November:

As Fox News reported Thursday, Ginsburg "has repeatedly said in the past that she would retire from the nation's highest court only when she can no longer 'do the job full steam.'"

She's already missed three days with the official line for weeks now being she's getting "written transcripts" of all the court's proceedings and is ruling on cases from her hospital bed.

This is getting ridiculous.

Many doctors have said that when lung cancer appears suddenly in the way it has in Ginsburg it's a huge sign cancer elsewhere in the body has spread.
