German Officials Respond to Migrant's Axe Attack by Calling for 'Mandatory Islam Classes'

German authorities responded to a Muslim migrant's stabbing spree by calling for all children to attend mandatory classes on Islam.

Local authorities are calling for classes on Islam to be brought in at schools across the country after a radicalized Muslim youth attacked passengers on a train with an axe on Monday.

“It is appropriate to bring in classes on Islam in state schools or schools overseen by the state,” Gerd Landsberg, head of the association of local councils, told the Rheinische Post on Wednesday.

In this way the state can gain more control over the upbringing of Muslim youths, Landsberg said.

[...]Senior figures in the church had already called at the end of May for Islam classes to become compulsory at schools.

The head of the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD), Heinrich Bedford-Strohm, said that religious education was the best way to immunize Muslim youths against the dangers of Islamist fundamentalism.

In response to a terror attack by a young Muslim man, Germany is going to further indoctrinate their own children into Islamism, supposedly to combat extremism.

Here's a crazy idea: perhaps you could stop flooding your country with people who want to kill you in accordance with their religion?

If you want an idea the type of ridiculousness they teach in their schools, look no further than this video from the German Federal Agency for Political Education where they redefine "waging jihad" as "seeking personal development."

As Face of a dying Nation writes: "According to the taxpayer funded program, Jihad historically means protecting Islam against foreign attacks, standing up for free speech and strong education, being humanitarian, be socially responsible and progressive, solve conflicts through debates, tolerate people who think different and reaching out a helping hand, even to the cold, hateful and intolerant people they have to experience in the West. According to the program, the highest goal in personal Jihad is to peacefully coexist with others and do as much good as possible."

Rather than simply close their borders to people who want to kill them, Germans are committing political and cultural suicide so as not to be labeled "racists."
