New Jersey police officer Michael Roadside, 51, was caught on video lying his ass off to another cop after he crashed his patrol car into an innocent woman. After smashing into the woman while she was stopped at a stop sign, Officer Roadside allegedly approached her car trying to calm her down while he stunk of booze and was covered in vomit with his stomach hanging out and his uniform on inside out. She says he attempted to bribe her by offering her $1,000 not to call 911, but she ignored the offer and called police anyways. That's when the below video starts. When the responding officer officer leaves his car, Roadside opens by telling him, "I'm not drunk," which is always a good sign and a surefire way to boost one's credibility. He then goes onto to say he "just had prostate surgery" and he's on "anesthesia." "I just need to get home," he says. “Whatever’s wrong with her car, I’ll pay for it." Fortunately, the cop didn't afford the trooper any "blue privilege," other officers arrived and searched Roadside's car, they found two open beer bottles and discovered he has a blood alcohol level of .16, twice the legal limit. He's facing charges for driving while intoxicated, careless driving and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was suspended without pay, which is a lot as he earned $104,493 last year. No doubt he's worth every penny. _ Chris runs the website InformationLiberation.com, you can read more of his articles here. Follow @infolibnews on twitter. |
