![]() [Action starts at 12:00] A police officer broke a female student's window after she refused to roll it all the way down. The cop, Timothy Isaacs, ordered Victoria King to her to roll the window down "for his safety" so he can extort her, er, give her a "traffic citation." When King only rolls her window down 40%, Isaacs throws a fit and demands she obey him and submit to his will -- because apparently slipping a citation through a window 5-inches open is too much to ask. After demanding King's submission for a few minutes and her failing to kiss the ring, Isaacs tells her he is going to escalate the situation by breaking her window, he reaches into her car and then immediately smashes it sending glass everywhere. The officer claimed she tried to close the window on his hand, though it's not clear that's what happened from the video. Regardless, the cop and another female cop who showed up for backup yank King out of her car and place her under arrest. According to the Orlando Sentinel, King was charged with three felonies, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence and resisting an officer without violence. Victoria filed a formal complaint alleging police brutality and excessive force. |
