Lawsuit alleges N.J. State Police trooper pointed gun at retired colonel, teen daughter


A retired Army Reserve colonel claims in a new lawsuit that a State Police trooper held him and his teenage daughter at gunpoint in 2010 at a rest area along the Garden State Parkway after mistaking their vehicle for another troopers were trying to find.
