An Examination of Carbon, Carbon Dioxide, Land Use and the Backdoor Condemnation of Private Property Rights

Bush didn’t have to sign the Kyoto Protocol. The plan is in effect.

This expose`, if you will, is composed to shine light on Carbon, Carbon Dioxide and the “sequestration” thereof. In order to fully comprehend the enormity of what our thought leaders have constructed we have to go back to a few basic concepts and definitions of what now have become so engrained we fail to question, or dissect the “matter” at hand.

Understanding time and attention is fast-paced, the author has written several articles and will provide these as a series.

Carbon. What is it? Carbon is the basic element of life. Carbon is a naturally abundant, nonmetallic element which forms the basis of most living organisms. Carbon is the fourth most abundant element in the universe, and it plays a crucial role in the health and stability of the planet through the carbon cycle. (definition taken from Wisegeek)

The Carbon Cycle: For an animal, respiration is both taking in oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide; and oxidizing its food in order to release the energy the food contains. In both cases, carbon is returned to the atmosphere as carbon dioxide. Carbon atoms that started out as components of carbon dioxide molecules have passed through the body of living organisms and been returned to the atmosphere, ready to be recycled again.

The Carbon Cycle is not exclusive to fossil fuels, as many of the eco-linguists would have us believe. In today’s world, using the term energy (carbon) consumption includes the food we eat and the all goods used in every day life. Linguistically creating one perception like coal and oil, while introducing the full extent of energy consumption, has been convenient for the globalist agenda. For, now we see the launch of carbon values assigned to all goods manufactured and used on this planet. This might seem to be a daunting task, but research has been funded for decades to develop strategies for a “restructured” economy based solely upon carbon valuation . . . in other words: Life Itself.

What is Carbon (dioxide) Sequestration? If one does a simple search on the internet they find overwhelming technologies and terms describing methods used to capture, store and imprison the carbon molecule from furthering its war upon humanity and the planet. Sequestering carbon is done for the purpose of retaining a “carbon bank” (a term the globalists use) of unspoiled lands, or waters. Hence, “retained carbon” can be manipulated into “carbon credits” and sold on the carbon trading market, which the globalists created, as well. (search: Carbon Fund Prototype, World Bank, 2001, James Wolfensohn, President)

Based upon all the money thrown at science one may conclude that world leaders, corporations and government truly care about the health and well-being of humanity. The most simple and obvious form of sequestration is difficult to discern on the internet, or in countless study findings, reports, action plans and futuristic agendas. The next several paragraphs set out to explain the easiest, cheapest and most restrictive form of carbon sequestration the globalists are implementing.

The process is known as Terrestrial Sequestration and this is a major driver of wealth, power and control. Reducing deforestation and degradation (REDD) has been identified by the Stern Report as one of the most cost-efficient strategies to mitigate climate change. Recognizing this fact, delegates from around the world agreed at the UNFCCC COP13 held in Bali in December 2007 to "invite Parties to further strengthen and support ongoing efforts to reduce emissions from deforestation and forest degradation on a voluntary basis". see: World Bank Carbon Finance Fund.

This form of carbon sequestration is simply setting aside land mass from future development, or any activity for that matter. This is accomplished by either bequeathing money and/or land to nonprofit environmental organizations in the form of trusts; by creating nonprofits who acquire lands; or, by taking over well-established, nonprofit conservation organizations from the inside. According to REDD (see above) this “cost efficient mechanism” is the most effective way to circumvent local, state and federal regulations regarding land use and zoning. More importantly, terrestrial carbon sequestration completely prevents and omits participatory government by the people of our country. Terrestrial carbon sequestration is de facto condemnation of property exercising a new form of eminent domain not yet communicated to the American People. Further, this mechanism is “veiled” by nonprofit, land conservation machines making people believe they are doing good things with their hard-earned money, not realizing they are funding their own demise.

The terrestrial sequestration system of carbon banking and carbon trading is not an accident, and it is not a new development. Investigation shows the preparation of global control and governance through the mechanism of carbon banking has roots as far back as 1923 when the World Energy Council (WEC) http://www.worldenergy.org/was formed. Naturally, this entity morphed into larger, stronger and richer groups of global thought leaders, but the fact remains it’s always the same players. The United States is a member of WEC represented by the United States Energy Association, an agency directed by Barry Worthington. The interface of WEC with other institutions like the World Economic Forum and the World Bank can be seen in their “World Energy and Climate Policy: 2009 Assessment” by WEC’s utilization of documents from the aforementioned institutions in composing their 2009 assessment. For example, WEC references the World Economic Forum Global Initiatives, which is a group of the world’s top business leaders, government leaders and young etrepreneurs. http://www.weforum.org/en/initiatives/

All information provided to this point hasn’t been made real by “on the ground American” deployment of global policies and agendas. Key examples of partnering arrangements which incorporate the carbon agenda in real time, on our soil include the Department of Energy (DOE), the United States Renewable Energy Association (USREA); and local chapters in every state. The key leader in America for “carbon scheming” is the DOE at the Federal Level. Secondarily, an entity known as the CSLF, or the Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum is “partnering” with the DOE and has created the Regional Partnership Sequestration Forum, or RPSF. See the links below to explore your region. (See CSLF and RPSF links below)

http://www.fossil.energy.gov/news/techlines/2003/tl_sequestration_partnershipselections.html

Examining the 7 regions shown on the DOE website it is clear that identifying carbon sinks is a priority in every region. A carbon sink is another term for the “carbon bank”. Dig deeper and one finds well-defined “partnerships” between the DOE, CSLF and “conservation” organizations ready to jump on the purchase of land and conservation easements, or the management thereof. Logical deduction makes clear the intent of population and property control with the “benevolent” conservationists and policy makers at the helm. Our property rights will be challenged as the advent of the globalist agenda marches toward our own back door.

The Global Carbon Scheme takes global visioning to new heights. We will not be able to buy, sell, travel or communicate without first paying our carbon penance. We are, for the first time in the history of this world, completely captured by carbon overlords, for we are yoked with penance merely because we exist.
