GOP pundits and politicians cried "anti-Semitism" on Tuesday after Kamala Harris chose Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) instead of Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) as her VP running mate.

Harris "picked him because he's not a Jew," Ben Shapiro said.

"She rejected (((Shapiro))) to please the pro-Hamas caucus," he insisted, further suggesting anti-Semitism was the motive.

"Pleasing the pro-Hamas base in the middle of a brewing war in the Middle East is so brat."

"Let’s be honest. Kamala is the most anti-Israel member of Biden’s team, always siding with Hamas and Iran’s interests," Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AK) said. "Shapiro and Walz’s views on Israel aren’t that different. But Harris catered to her pro-Hamas, antisemitic base who opposed Shapiro because he’s Jewish."

"No Jews allowed at the top of the Democratic Party," Erick Erickson declared.

Erickson's comment was fact-checked with a community note on Twitter clarifying: "The Senate Majority Leader, Secretaries of State, Treasury, Homeland Security, Attorney General, Director of National Intelligence, and the husband of the 2024 presidential nominee are all Jewish."

As I reported yesterday, Jewish Democratic representatives had the exact same complaints and similarly cried "anti-Semitism" over the prospect Shapiro would be skipped over for VP.

As we've seen time and time again, "anti-Cancel Culture conservatives" who reject "identity politics" when it comes to the interests of the average GOP voter transition into hysterical crybaby SJWs echoing Democrat talking points and demanding "hate speech" laws and "safe spaces" whenever Israeli interests are threatened.
