Biden Shows Marked Cognitive Decline in First Minutes of Debate With Trump [UPDATE: Blames 'Cold']

President Joe Biden's voice was shot on Thursday at the start of his debate with former President Donald Trump and his cognitive decline was on full display.

Donald Trump was seen chuckling at one point as Biden mumbled and failed to be clear.

He was speaking faster than usual (as though he was on drugs) and "malfunctioned" within minutes.

He seemed to have improved slightly after the first few minutes but he's still struggling.

On the other hand, Trump sounds sharp (enough) and he's firing off witty retorts. His energy is at least twice that of Biden's.

This is going terrible for Biden so far and with his poll numbers falling below Trump's he really needed to book a win.
