![]() ![]() The informant allegedly told his FBI masters where Trump was storing various documents in a possible violation of the Presidential Records Act. This alone should be reason enough for Wray to be criminally prosecuted. From Newsweek, "Exclusive: An Informer Told the FBI What Docs Trump Was Hiding, and Where": The raid on Mar-a-Lago was based largely on information from an FBI confidential human source, one who was able to identify what classified documents former President Trump was still hiding and even the location of those documents, two senior government officials told Newsweek. The President has the power to declassify anything he pleases for any reason. The regime simply wants to claim he violated the Presidential Records Act in order to try and bar him from running for office. As Newsweek noted, there's a provision in the act which states: "Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined" $2,000, up to three years in prison or "shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."The FBI is openly admitting to the press through two senior officials that they sent an informant into our President's home and they're acting like it was no big deal and totally legit. Everyone involved in this operation needs to be brought up on charges. Follow InformationLiberation on Twitter, Facebook, Gab, Minds and Telegram. |
