A targeted shooting took place in broad daylight in a nice part of Northwest DC "known for its popular restaurants" on Thursday evening.

B/M = black male.

From NBC Washington, "2 Men Shot Near Restaurants on 14th St. NW; Diners Scramble for Cover":
Two men were shot in an area of Northwest D.C. known for its popular restaurants Thursday evening, sending diners scrambling for cover.

The men were shot at the intersection of 14th and Riggs streets near Logan Circle about 8:20 p.m., police said. Both are recovering at hospitals.

Police believe one of the men was targeted while the other appears to have been an innocent bystander.
CNN's Jim Acosta was apparently in the area:

Biden's "equity-focused," "human infrastructure" plan will make sure every small town and suburb in America gets to have their own Wardman Row.

Lest anyone think libtards will learn anything from this event...

"The double shooting happened about a half block from where 53-year-old Jeremy Black was struck and killed by a stray bullet three weeks ago while he was taking an after dinner walk with his wife," NBC Washington reported.
