While the media has criticized President Trump for not focusing enough on the economy, a Washington Post poll shows that most already have a view of the it and they feel pretty good. - 85 percent said they are “either doing about as well financially as they were before Trump became president.” - Just 13 percent said they are not as well off, an 18-year low. - 71 percent of registered voters “say the economy is good or excellent, up from 60 percent in August.” - 65 percent of all Americans rate the economy good or excellent, the highest ranking since January 2001.
