New York Times-anointed "intellectual dark web renegade" Jordan Peterson said Friday on Twitter that Judge Brett Kavanaugh "should step down" if confirmed. "If confirmed Kavanaugh should step down," the Canadian professor said around an hour after Susan Collins said she's voting to confirm Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
Peterson shared a thread from fellow intellectual dark webbers Brett and Eric Weinstein saying Judge Kavanaugh is a "punk" and America needs a "genius healer we just don't have." Gee, I wonder why the New York Times loves these so-called "renegades" so much? UPDATE: In case you were wondering if Peterson misspoke -- he did not. After receiving massive backlash, Peterson tweeted, "I'm not certain that is the right move. It's very complex. But he would have his name cleared, and a figure who might be less divisive might be put forward."
Actually, it couldn't be more simple. The idea was as dumb as it gets and read exactly like Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski's emotional rambling yesterday where she said she's voting against Kavanaugh because he can't heal all that ails us. "[H]e would have his name cleared, and a figure who might be less divisive might be put forward," reminds me of the fake Justin Trudeau quote, "If you kill your enemies, they win." Perhaps total surrender in the name of "protecting feels" is how you handle things in Canada, but that's not how we roll here in America. The only candidate leftists would consider not to be "divisive" would be Merrick Garland. Judge Kavanaugh embodied the spirit of pure Americana and did the right thing by fighting back like hell against the fake news enemies of the people and the left's slanderous lies -- and he's rightly going to be rewarded with a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court for his trouble. If we're to take our country back after a century of cowardly capitulation to the left, we need warriors to make it through the tough times we're guaranteed to face. We don't need cowards who cave in because whining leftists start crying. If your "intellectual dark web" pals don't like it, they can go to hell.
