Eight months after I was battered and assaulted by a security guard on the Miami-Dade Metrorail for videotaping inside a train station, I filed a lawsuit seeking damages. The suit was filed today at the Miami-Dade Courthouse by my attorney Michael Pancier, who also happens to be a talented nature photographer. He advised me not to comment on the suit because it is pretty much self-explanatory.
