Earlier this month, the Pentagon said that "extremism" training was needed for troops who see the "Capitol riot" and "Black Lives Matter protests" as similar. On Tuesday, Fox News reported that the Navy's "extremism" training consists of telling sailors that "it's okay to advocate for Black Lives Matter (BLM) while at work" but they're "not allowed to discuss 'politically partisan' issues." Saying "it's OK to be white" will presumably land you in the brig! From Fox News, "Navy's 'extremism' training says it's OK to advocate for BLM at work but not 'politically partisan' issues": The US Navy’s "extremism" training says it's okay to advocate for Black Lives Matter (BLM) while at work but sailors are not allowed to discuss "politically partisan" issues, according to training slides obtained by Fox News.Pentagon press secretary John Kirby was asked about the issue on Monday and refused to give a proper response:
Jack Posobiec shared a message reportedly from a sailor who attended the "extremism indoctrination" earlier this month.
"They showed us a video from [the Secretary of Defense], every time the word extremism was said in the video there were pictures of white people both in uniform and not in uniform," the sailor said. "No persons of color." He said he told his chief that BLM was an extremist group and his chief responded by saying that "in order for them to be extremist they have to commit unlawful acts." "I almost fell of my chair," the sailor said. Follow InformationLiberation on Twitter, Facebook, Gab, Minds, Parler and Telegram. |
