SAPD Officer David Nieto was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting for the second time in eight days, according to SAPD. Records at the magistrate's office show that David Nieto was arrested Wednesday at a Wal-Mart in San Antonio. SAPD spokesperson Javier Salazar confirmed the 3-year veteran was arrested by an off-duty officer. Salazar also confirmed Nieto was arrested in a separate shoplifting case last week. Read More |
