A teenager who knew his rights went to help a friend who was being harassed by police for underage drinking, yet the cops turned their sights on him, placing him in a chokehold when he refused to ID. The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office say they reviewed the tape and said it was actually a "shoulder hold" and "proper police protocol," WISN reports. A simple viewing of the video shows it was a chokehold and the cops' are bald faced liars. Nonetheless, the cops charged him with "resisting arrest," presumably because he tried to breathe while the cops attempted to murder him. The teen says he plans to fight the charges and may file a lawsuit. |
