A Saint Jo Police Officer was arrested July 15 for official oppression, based on allegations by a Bowie area teen. Steven Bret Nabors, 34, is accused of unlawfully detaining an 18-year-old female driver from the Bowie area on at least two occasions and following her on several other occasions, according to the arrest affidavit.
