A complaint sent to a major webhost by the Federation Against Copyright Theft has threatened to take the issue of ISP liability to a whole new level. LeaseWeb, a company with around 50,000 servers, was warned that if it did not take down a streaming video site it could be considered an accomplice to money laundering offenses.
