Video: Cop Tickets Man For Pointing Out He's In The Wrong

A Venice cop on video makes up a "crime" to ticket a biker for because he made him look like a fool by pointing out he was in the wrong. A crowd gathers and joins in the fun, everyone agreeing the cop is insane.

As a result of the man "arguing" with him, the criminal in uniform insists on adding a made up charge for "speeding" to add on top of the made up charge of "biking on the wrong side of a bike path."

The cop's extortion letter apparently demands he pay the state $238.
"On a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend on the Venice bike path an LAPD officer was blocking the path on his motorcycle and another young girl was partially blocking the other side and bike traffic was backed up. I said, "officer, your motorcycle is blocking the bike path" to which he replied, "I can give you a ticket for that".

A bit later and I have sirens pulling me over and I record the rest. You really gotta listen to how stupid this is. Some good quotes in there."
He made his first court appearance just yesterday, he's planning on showing the video during his next hearing and he's hoping he'll get the charges dropped as a result.

50135 This one is interesting since it appears the officer was mandated with writing tickets for the purpose of creating public subservience to authority.

The videographer appears to have been acting the part. This video appears scripted.

9885 Motor vehicles aren't supposed to be on paths for impedement, cop was impeding traffic too. Funny how cops get when you show them their wrong, funny how they abuse their power. I hope these racketeering and extortion practices stop soon, because it looks like people are way passed there breaking point on petty makin up motherfuckers as we see here makin up shit. What do we as people do to deal with made up shit to extort us all for our hard earned money that most don't have? See many all the time that drive without ever using their safety sognals to switch lanes or get over or turn. Safety vehicle yet no safety signals are ever used to caution drivers????.... The irony is pathetic..

9885 Since they don't like to use their signals , all signals should turn on automatically when making a turn, then hey people can be safe and maybe not so many careless accidents!
