Remember the cowardly police officer who shot an unarmed motorcyclist in the back because he cooked up a paranoid fantasy he was reaching for a nonexistent gun?
That police officer has now been given a second chance thanks to a gang of costumed bureaucrats.

The criminal conviction of a former Ottawa Hills police officer seen on video shooting a motorcyclist in the back has been reversed and a new trial ordered, the Ohio 6th District Court of Appeals ruled Friday.Read the full article here.
The prosecutors say they're going to appeal the reversal to Ohio's supreme court. Hopefully, if the case is retried the jury in his second case will give him a harsher sentence.
