Cop in jail after 'sexually assaulting girl, 14, and offering her $100 to do it'
A Philadelphia police officer is in jail after allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
Anthony Dattilo, 36, was arrested on Thursday over claims he abducted the teenager and had sex with her in a Bensalem Township motel room.
Police found the 12-year-veteran at the Lincoln Motel on Lincoln Highway at around 12.30am, following reports from the girl's family of a possible abduction.
ABC News reported that she had sent text messages to relatives claiming she was being held against her will by a man who was forcing her to have sex with him.
Dattilo was fondling the girl when officers showed up, police sergeant Andrew Aninsman said. They also found her 21-year-old cousin, who had previously had been paid by Dattilo for sex.
