168 ChildrenBy Anthony Gregory, The Independent Institute
That is the estimated number of kids who have been killed by US drones in Pakistan, during a war whose purpose no one can clearly explain, much less justify. The Bush-Obama war on terrorism has been raging for nearly ten years now, and virtually none of it has anything to do with keeping Americans safe. Aside from destroying innocent lives, precious liberty, and trillions of dollars worth of property, it has surely multiplied the number of enemies of the United States. How would Americans feel if 168 of their children were killed by lethal robots flying through the sky, all directed by a foreign power claiming to be ridding the world of terrorism?
