Sally Fallon's Book: Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats

To me it is pretty obvious this is the ideal diet, raw milk is literally illegal in most states (though there are ways to get around it if you buy "cow shares"), our meat is cloned, radiated, and sprayed with viruses, and our vegetables are genetically engineered sterilization agents. The vegetarian diet is pushed incredibly hard from the top down and meat and milk are demonized endlessly, the globalists are fighting to have them literally be eliminated from our diet under the guise of "fighting global warming." - Chris

I bought this book a while back as it is highly recommended basically everywhere, I've been reading it ever since hearing Dr. Scott Whitaker mention it in one of his videos, the book is amazing and it will leave you with your jaw wide open. Check out all the reviews etc.- Chris
