JENNINGS, MO (KTVI - FOX2now.com) - Jennings Police dash camera video reveals a reported case of excessive force. However, citizen complaints appear to have led to a cover-up. The woman in the video tried to get the Jennings Police Department to investigate. She said officers repeatedly responded "what video?" Then a DVD copy mysteriously appeared on a City Councilman's door step.
